• Are you prepared for your next survey?  This session will review the key areas of compliance to ensure a successful survey.  Participants will learn how to conduct a self audit on the clinic’s physical plant, medical records and personnel files.

2:15 - 2:30 BREAK

2:30 – 3:45 Session 2: Maintaining Compliance

• You’ve passed your survey…now what?  This session will go over a helpful toolkit to help you stay in compliance.  Participants will review recommended contents for an evidence binder, discover a helpful compliance tracking tool and discuss monthly, quarterly, annual and biennial expectations.
