• Clinics that opt to participate in an integrated emergency plan have a lot of resources available at their fingertips.  This session will review key RHC specific components that need to be included in an integrated plan to ensure success at survey, tips to appropriately integrate the clinic into the overall plan and pitfalls to avoid along the way.

2:15 - 2:30 BREAK

2:30 – 3:45 Session 4: Program Evaluation: Moving Your Business Forward

• The program evaluation is a condition for participating in the RHC program.  This session will dive into preparing for the evaluation, how to capture the information needed within your report and how to use the information to move your business forward
