Kaser has been with Great Plains Quality Innovation Network for eight years. She currently collaborates with nursing homes in North and South Dakota offering quality improvement and patient safety expertise and assistance. including pandemic related support. She also supports community-based coalition efforts and nursing homes in the Great Plains Quality Care Coalition with her chronic disease management knowledge and experience with quality improvement strategies. Prior to GPQIN, Dee’s experience included work as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) in the inpatient and outpatient setting. She has 34 years experience in nursing, including long-term care, intensive care, critical access hospital and physician office nursing along with utilization review and staff development.
