Webinar: Age-Friendly Health Care

In partnership with Service Providers for Seniors, Dakota Geriatrics is excited to announce the 3rd installment of the Age Friendly Health Care: Webinar Series. This version will focus on Chronic Disease Management and include 9 one-hour long tele mentoring sessions to be held every 3rd Monday of the month at 4PM CT, starting October 17th 2022. These will be facilitated by Dr. Donald Jurivich, Professor and Chair, Department of Geriatrics, University of North Dakota.

Continuing Education credits will be provided for attendees following live events, and submission of mandatory evaluation form as approved by North Dakota Board of Nursing, North Dakota Board of Social Worker Examiners, North Dakota State Board of Occupational Therapist Practice and North Dakota Board of Physical Therapy.
