CoP Webinar: Swing Beds Regulations: Complying with the CAH Conditions of Participation

In late 2019, CMS rewrote all the swing bed regulations and tag numbers.  Though the regulations are provided in the Critical Access Hospital Conditions of Participation – Appendix W – the interpretive guidelines and survey procedures are in appendix PP for Long Term Care.  There is no crosswalk between Appendix PP and Appendix W.  Many CAH are struggling to comply with these regulations given the 2 different locations for regulation and guidelines.  This webinar will take away that mystery and confusion.
