NDNA Annual Meeting and Fall Conference 2023

Growing Stronger Together

Healthcare professionals, including nurses, have proven time and again their ability to overcome any obstacle and keep moving forward. The theme for NDNA’s Fall Conference 2023 is “Growing Stronger Together,” and it is set to take place in September. You won’t want to miss it! We are preparing for the best conference yet, complete with keynote speaker Dr. Jean Watson, along with other great speakers, a beautiful venue, interesting vendor booths, research poster presentations, and continuing education opportunities.

The Fall Conference is centered on evidence-based practices that address the challenges faced by nurses in providing optimal care. Research has shown that nurses often experience high levels of stress, burnout, and moral distress due to heavy workloads, complex patient cases, and limited resources. This underscores the need for interventions that promote teamwork, resilience, and a supportive work environment to enhance patient outcomes. This conference is a chance for nurses to collaborate, share best practices, and engage in professional development. We will tackle pressing issues and strive for continuous improvement in the quality of nursing care.

Join us at the Gateway to Science Innovation Space in Bismarck, with stunning views of the Missouri River!
